Kohi Roastery & Coffee Bar
Kohi Roastery & Coffee Bar is a direct translation of coffee in Japanese; a reference to the owner’s childhood and adolescence in Japan where he lived for 18 years of his life.
At Kohi, we believe coffees from Northern Thailand are very special. Our goal is to change the general public’s perception of Thai coffees by showcasing the quality of high-grade single origin Thai coffees through our roast profiles while experimenting with various processing methods.
